| dont be silly small brain you do not have.
considering your hip exercise is going to be painful for you. but have you tried yoga or pilates? and swimming? they'd all be good forms and then you could build in others. but def speak to your gp about help with exercise and diet |

| Might be worth trying the physio again. Ive had it several times cos nursing and martial arts aint kind to your jointsand it often can hurt before it starts to ease. The way my physio explained it to me is it turning a chronic i jury into an acute one so the body can heal it |

| I am not suprised u dont want to do exercise with ur hip. Why dont u go on you tube and look at yoga, it might help unstiffen ur hip. You can get free lessons on it. It must be frustrating. Char |

| i absoloutly hate getting into the pool in a cossie too but my pool lets you wrap yourself up in a towel and leave it by the pool side, that way its less then 30 seconds of exposure xx |
