Well for a couple of weeks my back has been playing up (it does this every now and again).
Anyway last week it really flared up, it hurt to stand, sit and lie down...and driving was a complete no no
Thankfully I can feel it has started to subside now and I am getting some mobility back. This time is has been worse than it has ever been and I have barely been able to dress myself (Lottie even once help me to put my knickers on for me)
It was horrible not to be able to look after the girls
Anyway my family have been FAB!! My Mum, Sister and Nan have all taken time out during last week to help me look after the girls and OH has taken time off work to look after me and the girls, look after the house as well as sort out Lotties party/pressies etc .
So I realised I am soooo lucky to have my family to help me as I really would not have coped this last week without them.
