Not a happy bunny! _
PostSubject: Not a happy bunny!   Not a happy bunny! EmptyTue Sep 07, 2010 9:56 am

Well, as some of you may know I was having horrible fights with my oh, and we (I?) decided to call it quits. However, he said he realsied he couldn't live without us, wrote me a really sweet apology email (he never does that kind of thing so i was mpressed) so we decided to give it another shot. HE even agreed to come and live in England with me.So yay, thought me, looks are looking up.

But yesterday, I was still exhausted. I keep getting dizzy and feeling like i'm going to black out, getting wobbly felling feeling rubbish. he had a day off, so I asked him if he could let me rest today. (Sunday night i was at the point of collapsing, so i think i needed it) He said sure, but he spent all day falling asleep. I went to lie down, while he looked after milo, but when i came back about 10 minutes later he was asleep on the sofa and milo was just roaming around by himself affraid (safely confiined to the living room, fortunately) so i thought I'd stay awake as he was so sleepy, then I had to go to the supermarket, , made milo's lunch, hubby made me some instant noodles, then after that he just kept falling asleep on the sofa. I kept telling him oi, i need to rest too!! but he kept falling asleep. Now I know he's really tired with work, but i'm exhausted too, to the point where i'm having panic attacks and falling over Mad

He then announced he was off to bed for a nap, and i just burst into tears as that was pretty much my last chance to relax (evening i had to go to doctors, do some errands, cook dinner, plan lessons etc) He then called me an annoying b*tch for making him stay awake, I flipped out and we got into a really bad fight.

Does he not realise how tired i am, or does he just not care? I know e's exhausted too, so i felt terrible for asking him, but i always let him have a lie in, and when he comes home from work he doesn't have to d anything except wash up his own plate Rolling Eyes He's making me feel terrible for not letting him rest, but it's not like my family (or even his) are around to help, so who else am i supposed to ask?

He apologised later at night, but was still really distant after that, and wouldn't talk to me. What's his problem? I'm so exhausted physically and now emotionally. I'm worried that i was a biatch to him, i'm worried that he hates me, i don't know how i feel about him, honestly i jyust want him to chill out and look after me Mad

I think you 2 need a break from each other to realise if you want to be together - is it possible for you to come home for a good break?

Yeah, it sounds like you could do with some time out - probably quite hard with you being so far away. It must be really crap to be so tired and feeling alone Sad tbh I think sometimes it's ok and maybe even necessary to be a biatch if someone is really not listening to you and you need them to hear what you're saying Smile

Lisa, I've got a holiday booked in october, so hopefully that will help me get refreshed! I've done my best for a year and he's still getting all pissy that i've ignored him when he's been tired as I was having sleepless nights with a baby, oh working constantly.. what planet is he on!I know he works hard and gets tired so i always try to let him sleep, don't have him do a lot around the house, but when i'm tired, i'm obviously being a nagging biatch!

mari, thanks Smile i've been asking nicely for months! The biatch was well overdue! Smile

Still feel rubbish, even went to apologise i hate there being a crappy atmosphere. Told him I'd try to look after him better, sorry for getting angry and he just lay there accepting it like it was all my fault in the first place! Mad why do i bother?? Rolling Eyes

Men just don't get it they really do not

I have lost count of the number of threads jut like this, useless men not supporting the family, and I don't mean financially, mine is the same to a point. Just today I said when I start college AND working AND looking after Izzy you WILL help out, like he hasnt done his fair share for 6 years

I'm not taking any messing this time, I will not be able to do it all and I am not letting my study suffer

Whether he will get it I dont know, reckon we will end up rowing about it becsaue he very rarely does anythig around the house or with Izzy without me having to pster him a, and then its bother for him

I know how you feel a bit, its not nice, I just hope I dont hit a brick wall like you have

xx

aww Lisa, i hope your oh supports you, sounds like you're going to be so busy!

I have trouble coping with milo and working, so i take my hat off to you! I just hate that i have to nag him to do anything. He doesn't mind it but its hard to fancy someone (let alone respect them) when you're having to feel like you pester them all the time isn't it!

Make sure he looks after you, lady! Otherwise he might have a troop of BANDA ladies on his behind Wink

In general men look it life in very simple terms

Do I get paid for doing this?
Yes - ok I'll do it
No - that's not my job, I don't have to do it

Anything that comes in to the No category means they do not see this as their responsibility - even if it is made completely clear that that is their job (taking the bin out for the bin men...6 years its been HIS job and he still doesn't do it of his own free will FFS)
Even stuff he agrees to do requires nagging, moaning, shouting, telling him to get his bags cos he is leaving! Then he might do it!

They are all programmed that way!
