| why dont you get the chow mein wiithout the crackers then its not so bad, i usually eat just half and reheat the rest the next day. |

| i have voted yes because if u r doing so great on ur diet then u deserve a treatand chow mein is the least fattiest thing from the chinese and one take away wont hurt!! if u dont treat urself every once and a while when ur diet then u will lose the will to continue doin it i think |
