hi all,

still no movement

this baby is driving me crazy this morning i was having quite strong contractions 5 mins apart, i waited 45 mins to make sure wasnt a false start, went to call hospital and all stop again...

yesterday i was having a couple of bh's nearly every hour

i have lost some of my plug today, and i've booked an appointment with mw for thursday for a sweep.

if anyone had told me that i would be nearly 41 weeks and still no baby , a few months ago i would have laughed my head off, i'm not having a moan, i'm lucky to be pg, and happy because i know that this time next week bubs will be here or def on the way (i hope).

I saw a post somewhere and i read it wrong, something about you hiding the baby lol - I thought you'd popped and not posted a pic! I thought jeeez I cant have a lie in without missing something!

How accurate were your dates? I always wonder when so many people go over, maybe they date people wrong hhahahaa

i think that might have been an fb post i wrote,
my work think i've had the baby and not telling them, idiots...

i do wonder about dates myself, but my dates are spot on because of ttc etc.

i've just got a stubborn one here, russ reckons it took that long to get pg in first place, my body is just enjoying it, although i wouldnt say i was lol

awwww you must be so fed up!!! i was sure i would go early too i would have been heartbroken to go over, had had enough by about 37 weeks but as you say...its only a matter of a week or so, and if you have lost some plug at least you might be dilated a bit when you get a sweep paracetamol beforehand!

Come on baby! Mummy (and lots of us) want to meet you! Hope it's not too much longer xxx

i think russ needs bubs to come now, he is worrying i can see it in his face, i'm getting lots of texts, phonecalls and then chats on fb too.

thanks for the tip about paracetamol, that will def be one i'll be taking.

well i lost plug completely last night...
this morning i have a pinkish discharge, things are moving but god they slow, but all a step forward, i'm just thinking i have sweep in morning and with no plug might work well

I hope baby comes soon x

eeek sounds promising. I had pink dishcharge and big bit of my plug and had her within few hours....

I had pink discharge hun and my waters broke within 6 hours of that, fingers crossed for you xx

aww, hopefully things will get going tonight (bored of reading that too??? ) if not it sounds like the sweep will help a lot...

lets face it, the baby isn't going to stay in there much longer either way

back from MW, and had sweep and ouch

now i'm bleeding, keeping an eye on it, make sure its not too much.

she moved cervix from posterior to the front, and ouch, that was uncomfortable

bubs heartbeat is strong and my bp is good, bubs head is well down, she could feel it when she did sweep.

she was very surprised to see me, said she would see me on monday at home with baby, i think this was wishful thinking and i know i'm going to be in hospital monday for inducing.

im going to rest and keep an eye on bubs movements but wanted to say thanks for the support, i really appreciate it xx

yeah get some rest - i was shocked at how sore my sweep was! i had a little tear in my eye

was thinking of you today - remember that if you do end up being induced it isn't always a bad experience, mine was great (and fast!) so please dont feel down about it, chances are you wont even get that far!

I so hope baby arrives this weekend for you hun, The loss of plug and having a sweep could be the little push s/he needs to get there butt in gear lol!

Is there anyone from Banda that you can contact when baby does make its grand entrance? I for one will be waiting to hear!!

i've been asked about someone from banda having details,

but a certain hubby wants to share the news, so i promised he could
so i've told him strict instructions to make a post, he uses forums so he should be ok to do that, and to put one on fb too..

this is after he has called/ texted others who would moan if they found out via fb.
he has a list and banda is on there, he will log in as me, as its all set on my phone as automatic log in. and ive checked we get internet on both phones at the hospital.
