braden will wee on the potty perfectly when he is naked, but as soon as i put pants on him he just wees straight thru them?!
How can i get him to understand he needs to take the pants down and not wee in them?!

I suggest explaining it to him and taking him to the potty every 1/2 hour at least and getting him to take his pants down even if he doesn't go for a wee. It will sink in eventually.

Have you tried him in pull ups?

Its just a case of keep reminding him that he hasnt got a nappy on, it may take a few weeks but he'll get it.

My main concern is when we go out, do i put a nappy on Jack or pants and just take spare clothes? Dont want to confuse him! Pull ups never worked with Ryan as he just thought it was a nappy. Every childs different though.
