God girls its only 13 weeks till xmas!

I've got around 20lbs i wanna loose, maybe more maybe less depends how i feel at the time!

I have started using my tracker on mfp again, need to try and be really honest this time tho!

AF arrived today so all i wanna do is hide away and eat chocolate, but i shall try and resist!

I'm thinking about going back to weight watchers for some accountability, but the bank balance will be the deciding factor on that one!

anyone else wanna join me in a weight loss challenge? i'm not on fb so biggest looser's no good for me really.

I'm in with you Kell! I went back to ww 2 weeks ago, and i was 10lb above my goal weight, so had to pay even though i am (was i suppose!) a Gold Member. I can't afford to pay £6 a week just to step on the scales so have been going to weigh in at Boots. First week i lost 4lb, then second 1lb, not bad considering weekend away etc. Anyway since i weighed on Wednesday i have been pretty naughty, eating Jammy Dodgers that i bought for the girls!

So i would love some moral support!

Your holiday sounded fab btw, worth every lb i'm sure x x x

Fran thats a fab idea on the boots front! I may do that! slightly cheaper than ww, Altho i may go for a couple of weeks to get the books

I need to get myself back to the gym and/or running, I've been a bit slack and my jet lag is really making me lazy! also i have an ear infection lmao! everythings wrong! I actually noticed i was outta breath walking the stairs at college today! jesus thats not good lol!

Are you still running? i find it hard to fit every thing in with jody's new job! He's not home before 6pm and then if he goes to the gym after i've got no chance!

Cool shell welcome aboard! If you sign up to mfp you are given a calorie goal you should eat to, you have a food and exercise tracker to keep up with what your eating and what cals your earning through exercise. There's a community as well so you can chat and meet people. I love it! Find it really helpful as I have the app on my phone!
