much as a gain is a bad thing, i've found it makes me alot more determined the next week...maybe just me?


i'm well chuffed to be yet another 2lb down...if i can keep to working out every day i should have about 10-12lb off by the wedding, so will only be 1/2st over my goal weight!

im not weighing in this week guys. cudnt get to ww last night cos of snow and dnot trust my own scales.plus i know i have gained. had a really stressful week and wat i put in my mouth has been the least of my worries.

I'm not sure if I'll loose this coming week, I'm within points but I don't feel like I will, I think 8lbs is quite alot in a couple of weeks and my body needs to catch up lol!

ive been informed by the oh that im a idiot as my scales go up in 2lbs not 1 so i thought i started at 9stone 4lb but its actually 9st 8lb at the start.
Im now 9st 4 so ive lost 4lb so far xx

Well after the weekend i was convinced i'd gain, but nope! I lost another lb so thats 9lb in 3 weeks!

Gotta be bang on it this week so i don't have a delayed gain! and af is due end of next week so not sure what will happen!

Whoop 5 1/2 pound off this week. I put a pound on the other week so thats 10 and half so far xx

kell...make sure to exercise when you get af....it stops your body retaining the extra fluid...i never believed this until this month, usually i slack off and gain about 3lb...this months i carried on working out and kept on losing up to 1/2lb a day

go mara!!!! i bet it's really showing now!(am jealous still! lol) how are you losing so much!?!

Kenty can I ask how often you wi? I find that my weight fluctuates throughout the week so I only tend to pay attention to my weekly wi but do have sneak peeks just to check lol

i weigh in daily, it keeps me focused, if i gain a bit of weight i take a look at what i did/didn't do, did/didn't eat that day and try to modify it, and if it goes down it keeps me feeling happy and motivated.

i was working out every few days and noticed i had a pattern of gain...stabilise, lose, gain, lose, stabilise etc...but since working out daily i'm having a constant 1/4 - 1/2 lb a day loss

I have lost another 2 1/2 pounds, That makes me 13 stone exactly.
so thats a stone and a half lost now
