Hey, I didn't put that you can eat as much fruit and veg as you want and it's no points.
Tbh no I've not been starving if I've been hungry between meals I've been having fruit which is very unlike me!

The last few days I've had atleast 5 peices of fruit and veg and I've been rather full.

I don't know the sw diet very well but I'd be scared I'd eat too much carbs as I love them! Lol

I've pretty much cut out bread without thinking about it and cut down on rice and potatoes portions and I feel less bloated already!

Im on my phone ATM but I'll post what I've actually been eating later so you can see! X
