Yes im actually up before my monster for once cos todays the big day. Shes got 5 more mins to snooze then shes gotta get up for her big photo day in London!

Hey all
Am home safely, its been one hell of a day, so enjoyable and loads and loads to tell you all. C had an amazing time and i did too despite being ridiculously exhausted. Will pop on for a full update later once chickys in bed and (hopefully) my painkillers have kicked in as today and my hips and back have not enjoyed each other

Well thought id pop on and tell youabout our acey day

Got up at 7 so for once was awake before miss chick. Woke her at 7. Rarely get to see her waking up-she looks as much like a swamp thing emerging from the covers as i do. Got her togged up and mum picked me up and we caught the 841 train to london. She was MEGA excited about the train, kept twittering about bwooster (chuggington) and spent most of the trip up at the window giggling and pointing things out.

Once we got there got a little more complicated as cudnt find the bus stop we needed. Turns out it was round the corner from where i was looking but didnt discover this til we had walked right round the other side of liverpool street and back again. Also disgusted by lack of lifts in london train stations. Mums recovering from a broken rib and im 30 weeks preg and we had to carry her in her stroller up several flights of stairs between stations etc. Of course no help around to be seen at any time. Anyways rant aside we finally found our bus and got on but misread the stop we needed and got off too far fr4om the studio so by the time we found the street we added on a mile long walk to our journey and got there 5 mins beforehand.

Ali, the lady from green baby came down to greet us and made me chuckle cos 1st thing she said to C was 'ooooh caelyn! you are my fave, I picked you out'. Alis got red hair too anyways C took a real shine to Ali and spent a lot of time hovering around her legs or being cuddled and carried around by her as apparently the feeling was mutual.There was a lil 6 year old and a young baby there being photographed too so they split the photography up so none of them had too long before they got a break. They seemed to be doing spring/summer and autumn/winter clothing.

They started C in spring summer and put her in a little orange and red footless sleepsuit with an elephant on it and she was a bit uncertain at first but soon warmed up. She very much liked the photographer joey and everytime he made duck noises at her clapped her hands over her ears and shouted 'JOEY NOISY!' which was quite chucklesome. They then bought out a stripyvest top and red trousers jammies set but once the vest was on it looked like one of those old fashioned bathing suits and they liked it so much they took a set of photos of her her in just that with her bare legs on show. Then she put the trews on and did some in full jammies. She also did a set of photos in a pair of red trousers and a whitetop with chickens on it and a little pixie hat and a sleeping bag. She spent the whole day in 6-12 month clothes which fitted her

Anyways after that she had a break while the other two had some photos done but it was a struggle getting her away from Joey and Ali for any length of time to eat her lunch which green baby treated her to but eventually she sat and ate her cheese and bacon panini. Actually she ate a mad amount of food today, think all the running around and excitement built her up an appetite. She spent a lot of her break playing football and building with bricks, they were really well set up for amusing kids. I did have to laugh when the other two were being photographed and Joey had them singing twinkle twinkle and C was stood behind Joey watching them, singing along and doing the finger movements, she hated being left out.

After her lunch she did her winter clothes and wore a cream/beige trousers and vest set with a gorgeous little cord brown jacket and leather shoes. She loved the winter shoot as they were tipping pretend snow over her head and she kept taking bits of it over and giving it to Joey. She then wore a blue vest top with a pair of white, brown and blue stripy trousers and had more done. We were running out of time to make it safely to train station in time for our train and had resigned ourselves to paying extra for another train home but they wanted her to stay and finish rather than another model wearing her clothes so they paid for a cab to paddington for us which was awesome of them. Her last photos were in a blue tshirt and summer hat and head and shoulder shots.

I got to see a lot of the photos on the computer as they were taken and was very excited as they were stunning, she was posing and performing and mugging for the camera all the time and they said she was very natural at it. Before we left they said i would hear within a couple of weeks about getting copies of her photos and presumably her vouchers to spend too. The cab came to get us and took us back to paddington and we got there with 10 mins to spare so treated her to krispy kreme donuts for the train trip home. She enjoyed her train trip home too and was good as gold despite having only had a 30 min doze in the cab all day rather than a real nap so i felt she deserved the donuts.

Finally got back home to my house at 430 so was an 8.5 hour day in total. Totally amazing experience but we were both exhausted once we got home and my sciaticas pretty bad tonight. His nibs has treated me to an Indian and star wars on. Now to just wait and see how amazing lil chick looks later on. Sorry to go on and on in this post im just so proud of how natural she was with everyone and also how incredibly wellbehaved she was all day, shes my superstar!

Oh and my fave caelynism of the day came on the train this morning as we pulled out of didcot parkway and mum said to c, we are leaving didcot now to go to reading so she stood up at window, waved at the platform sign and said BYE BYE DIDCOT

What a glorious day you guys had and I am so proud of C!!!! I think this is just the first of many photo shoots for this little star to come! I am offering my services as her agent! I promise always have volcanic spring water and her fav snack on my person and will bow to her every whim! LOL! GO C GO!!!!! Love this kid! xxx

Aww sounds like you had an amazing day. Can't wait to see the photo's I am sure she will look stunning as always, would love a catalogue when they are released. Sounds like she made good friends in Ali and Joey too. Hope you back eases hun xx
