So reading Leahs post about the drink...reminded me of a very embarrassing insident involving a 2 litre bottle of lemonade...and me

I was driving to a clients place and it was really hot, so when the traffic stopped at the lights I grabbed the bottle of lemonade off the passenger seat - it was a new bottle so full to the brim.

So I unscrewed the lid and decided very foolishly to put the window down with one hand and use the other hand to hold the bottle and drink with....multitasking before the lights change!

There was my mistake - holding a 2 litre plastic bottle thats full - with one hand. As I went to drink it I managed to squeeze it so a load of lemonade came squirting out the top - not just a bit, it was loads, I was soaked.

The front of my top was soaked ..no worry I thought I have a jumper, I'll be hot but I will live.

Then I felt the sticky patch I was sat on - I had a cream skirt on and felt like I'd peed myself, so yeh I was guessing it looked like I'd peed myself too

So I have one jumper - do I tie it round my waist and hide my wet butt and hope the arms dangle enough to cover the wet bit at the front...or wear the jumper and hide my now very obvious wet bra.

I don't actually recall which i choose, neither were very appealing and I was soooo embarrassed..and I felt like a right twit cos Im sure people in the other cars would have seen me do it.

I always took spare clothes after that - even if it was 20 minutes down the road!

So what silly things have you done while trying to be clever

Oh god the list is endless and I can't think of one lol. I must have blocked them all.
Will have a think while out thus morning

hmmm i try to be cleverer than i am, and use BIG words and usually in the wrong way haha

although i will tell you a good one by my mum--
playing this old game master something...can't remember i was v young lol
the q was something like "what is the emblem of ireland?"
my mum and dad had 1 question left to answer and it was to win the game...so she screamed "i know, i know!!" and she screamed "it's the thistle!!" there was tons of family memebers there...bless her she was so embarrased...coz obviously the answer was scotland hahaha
she still gets called thistlebitch to this day xx
