Ok...
1. Who wouldnt struggle a bit getting to grips with a new job? You are being too hard on yourself. Its normal to need time to learn the new skills required.
2.If you want, take a break from ttc for 2-3 mths to see if that eases your stress temporarily. Dont start using condoms, just dont think of dates etc.
3.All women have bad hormone spells. Lack of sleep makes it worse so try getting early nights with a good book.
4. Show me one woman that coped 100% with a new baby? Everyone has days when they are weepy & cant cope. Yes ppl can be bitchy but I severely doubt ppl that care about you would not think you were capable.
5. If your OHs friends see that you arent confident.... what??? They'l think you are shy? Its not really a terrible thing to be thought of as shy. not everyone is outgoing. Lots of lovely, kind, funny people I konw are shy. Im sure they will be able to see how lovely you are.
6.Iv cried in work before. On more than one occassion. Im still alive, I still talk to the people in work & I dont think they even remember I did it. Every job iv had people at work have cried at some point. Its normal that people get stressed and upset.
What do you think when you see someone cry in work? A) What a stupid incompetent woman or B) Oh dear she must be having a hard time, id like to help but scared she doesnt want to talk about it?????
Have you arranged that meeting with GP about meds? Sending hugs. Try and think through your worrys in your head & think about what you would advise a friend in your situation, might help you get a different perspective. xxx
