| I went to doctors the other day and she said I had a twisted aculies muscle in my ankle she told me to strech it but at the moment can hardle walk its throbbing and a little brused  Sorry feelin sorry for myself |

| my ankle was brought on coz of my hip and back im 123 not 23 really lol ians up and down thank you for asking still has headaches and has to wear dark glasses but slowly getting better and the monkeys are good thank you more cheeky every day |
