on a day to day basis......i mean just through the day.

i used to drink copious amounts of tea and coffee but went off them when i was pg and cut out caffiene, now i maybe have 2 cups of decaf tea a day and one umm caf cup for a treat.

for weeks and weeks i have been addicted to ocean spray raspberry and cranberry diluting juice but gone totally off it now and onto tesco apple hi juice, i can't get enough of it!

what do you drink? is diluting juice childish?!

Mainly water because I can never be arsed to put the juice in

I drink Vimto cordial as I'm allergic to practically everything else other than fresh sqeezed juice or tea and coffee. I rarely ever drink them though. I drink water at work.

hahaha yes, juice IS quite heavy...

i'm not very healthy these days, i'm addicted to coke zero, i need the caffeine to keep me going.

Ive been drinking Apple and Blackcurrant Squash by the gallon at the minute, other than that though its Decaf Cola or Sprite xx

I drink any 'no added sugar' cordial and I have it really really weak. I'm on ASDA cherry and berry at the mo and it's yummy

erm.. depends where i am. at work i drink 2 litres of water a day plus about 6 cups of tea!! at home i hardlys ever drink tea and will drinking orange squash or water. and on an evening i like to drink diet coke with my tea cos it quenches my thirst when i
m eating!!

apart from that i like to drink lager....mmmmmmmm!!! x

Diet coke addict here! I could drink 2ltrs a day plus a tin of ordinary coke! I heard that diet coke could actually make you put weight on though, something to do with your body thinking its getting sugar and releasing insulin and then not getting it and making you hungrier... could be bollocks though!

Trying to cut back on caffeine, apparently 8 tins of coke is the same as 2 coffee's so I can stil have a cpl glasses a day still. Atm im trying to get on to Ribena again, pure apple juice is nice too.


I dont drink tea or coffee at all, neither does Stuart. FIL refuses coffee when he here as I cant make it without it being rank. Id love to like it for the social aspect but nope its horrible. Bleugh!!!

At the moment because Simon is at home I've been drinking gallons of tea, I am trying to have squash (Tesco Cherries & Berries) more though to keep me hydrated. xx

ill take a strawberry ribena every so often or orange and pineapple sqaush

i drink possibly 2 coffees a day and if i need a pick me up or feeling hungover ill drink irn bru

i drink pints and pints of juice.....i got into the habit when eli was tiny and i was bf so constantly dehydrated, but i feel gggggrrroosss if i don't have a few pints of at least water.

oooh i had an irn bru the other day, the urge just took me i don't normally like it really but i needed some syrupy goodness

at work water and tea (about 2-3 teas a day)

tea in the mornings but then Coke im terrible and i drink too much x

Loooooads of coffee for me. I used to be a tea drinker, then gave it up when pg but then after moo was born and I stopped breastfeeding I moved on to coffee cos it was easier to make than tea lol

I just love coffee at the mo and drink far too much -

Tea in the morning and then strong instant coffee. My work has costa so I usually treat myself to a couple of those.

I live on squash. I drink about 15 huge glasses a day. I don't really like hot drinks much

Mainly water bu i have a cup or so of tea a day and I LOOOOOOOOVE hot choccy!

My mum was here yesterday though so instaed of the usual one or two, I clocked up a mammoth 6 cups of tea! Did not make me feel too good!

i have at least 1 or 2 cups of tea...about 8-10glasses of water(forced down) and about 2 or 3 energy drinks

I use to drink loads of coffee mybe 3 cups a day. I now only really drink tea i have 2 cups depending on were i go, i drink more if visiting.
I know i dont drink enough cold fluids whilst i was pregnant i drank 9 pints of squash everyday. Yeah i did piss all night i think it was a craving lol.

I like the robinsons fruit and barley squash, i tend to have a cup of tea when i get up then a couple of cups of coffee through the day...and sqush the rest of the time!

i dont like anything apart from water, coke,tea and coffee...if im at my mums i drink a lot of coffee because she always makes cuppa's, but at home its usually water, i find any other pop apart from coke too sweet and sickly i do get in the ocasional fresh orange though...i was addicted to it when pg x

diet coke addict here aswell was a full fat coke addict a few years ago urghh. and wated... yuck. makes me literally sick. why people pay for the stuff is beyond me. must have a screw loose
