i went to docs last week and they said the pain in my ankle is a twisted Achilles muscle but i still cant walk on my foot i have to walk with my foot on tip toe its a pain where the wrinkles are in your ankle at the back! and the pain travels up my leg to my knee
i have doctors again tomorrow but wondering if anyone had this before?

no hunny, but sounds very painful, might take along time to heal too.

i had soft tissue damage in my groin a year ago and i wasnt allowed to walk for 6 weeks, i had an accident in work, and didnt rest so did more damage though.

hope fully docs will send you to pyshio that might help
