is it now cool to walk around in your pj bottoms???? i seem to be seeing more and more people doing it latley

anyone else enjoy their weekly shop in their jammies or do i just live in a lazy ass village?? x

i have drove into town in my jammies ,, not ventured out the car ,,,, my friend used to go shopping in her jammies and slippers lol

have been known to go to shop in jeans and jammie top under jackets

I see them in the morning going to the corner shop when I'm walkin to work, worringly I've seen school age girls doing it

I did see one woman on a Saturday afternoon emerging from a corner shop in hers...... with her tins of Tennants in a carrier bag, pure class!!

oh yeah iv dont the school run befor with my coat over jammie top lol!! im sure it must be a new fashion with the amount of people iv seen, tbh most people iv seen doing it are like teenage girls, but the 2 i saw today in asda were probs in their 30's x

It's usually "Slummy Mummy" types round here, the kind that are never out of their jammies and have no shame!

Lol i would never personally go out into the public in them, i have drove in my PJs tho picking OH up thats about it. Lol

Iv gone to mc d's drive through before in pj's and a jumper but thats my limit!

Certain area's of belfast though it would be common enough to see teenage girls standing on streets in their pj's , or mums coming out of corner shop with milk in theirs. The teenage girls dont look like they just out of bed either, its almost like they've put fresh, funky one's on just to stand about in.

argh don't get me started , everyone round my way seems to do it, not even nice ones but scabby old jarmies and big fluffy grubby dressing gowns at any time of the day?!?! I get dressed soon as i get up as wont open curtains while i'm in pjs and certainly wont answer to to postie unless i'm fully clothed, I think its disgusting and they have no pride , phew and I'm done!!

cant remember the last time i got up and got dressed straight away !
postie has been known to open my door with a parcel and me be sitting in jammi bottoms and a vest top

its appalling, i didn't see it til the 'ladies' of st-andrews used to come to tesco in their (probably prada) jammies...they then spread to dundee! i haven't seen any around here recently tho but everyone seems to be over 80 so it would be frilly nighties

God I feel like a tramp walking around in jogging suits never mind pj's having said that I don't have pjs so I'd be walking round in the buff if it were me lol!

it actually seem's like theyv perpousley chose them jammy bottoms for the day though, wear proper tops and ugg boots over them, makes you wonder if they get up and think ohh ill wear these ones today, rather than just not getting dressed
we once did a jammy night round town for a mates bday...that was such a laugh!! x

Oh god this seriously bugs me! All the teenagers round here do it and your right they do not look like they've just got out of bed because they've always got hair done and a full face of make up! What is the point? My local tesco has banned people in pyjamas from coming in, thats how bad it's gotten!

i went out drinknig the other night in my pjs - fortunately it was a pj party so i had an excuse!!! its way easier getting into bed tho - no changing of clothres needed!!! x

I do actually spend the majority of time in pjs, i get changed in the morning into fresh ones THey are comfier than clothes so I prefer them, never in public though

I feel embarrassed if i have to go out with no make up on, let alone in my pj's! No chance.

The only time i would be out of the house in my pjs, or without any makeup for that matter is if i was dead and they were wheeling my body out. There is just no need!!

Ive gone from the front door to the car couple times in pjs this is like either late at night or first thing in the morning and you shoulda seen the looks i got
I would never go out out in pjs its gross theyve prob slept in them its diff being indoors xx

I didn't even sit around in pjs in hospital.

That said I have been known to wander down my road in pjs whilst returning a baby rabbit or other poor creatures to their homes after my cats have decided to bring them home. In that case though it is life and death because the poor creature probably wouldn't be fit to take home if I went and got dressed first.

Worst here the girls walk round with a full face of make-up hair rollers in and fresh pj's i just couldn't!!

its like grunge all over again - going to loads of effort to look sh*t

thankfully i am so ubercool i have completely perfected the look with absolute minimal effort these days
