I was playing with jamie and he was sitting next to me with me holding him up. Without even thinking about it I moved my arm to pick up a toy and he fell sideways and hit his head on the tv cabinet which I didn't even realise we were close enough to do. Think its bothered me more than him as he had a brief cry and has since been giggling and chatting away in his activity centre. His got a red bump on his head though. I've already cut him cutting his nails this morning as well. Perhaps I ought to keep away from him for the rest of the day

Aww dont worry, we have all done things like that. I remember when Lily rolled off the sofa when i wasnt looking and i felt awful although she was fine! If he is ok then dont feel bad about it xx

the amount of times i bashes paiges head when she was little, poor mite.. she is okay now thou (well a bit of a loon and spazzy, but no one will notice lol)

aww i remember elijahs first ouchie - i let go of him for a second and he fell off the couch head first argh!!! (i discount the nail cutting too cos literally everyone does that)

I have got a long (very long) list of pickles Aimee has managed to get herself in.

Im sure some ladies remember the shuffling off the bed incident (in my care) and the smashing a full length mirror on her head (in OH's care ).

Honestly dont feel bad, you have many many more accidents to come x

To be fair my nephew managed to hit his sister round the head with a rake while my bil was looking after him so have a long way to go to get to that level!

Aww don't feel bad, i remember Imogen was holding herself up on the coffee table at 4months and i was too busy beaming at how clever she was and getting oh to take pics that I didn't catch her in time when she toppled over and hit her head on the table leg. These things happen, it doesn't make you an awful mum! x
