my doctors annoy me sooooo muh lol, i just want an appointment for them to check bradens wee for diabetes, so i ring up and say can i have an appointment....

but oh no its not that simple............ 'sorry the doc will have to ring you first, there may be other things to try first' ..... GRRRRRRRRRRRR

Yeh my docs do this on certain days you have to ring up and then they ring you back! So glad my next door neighbour is the receptionist tho so she sneaks us in

our old docs did this, its to see if you ill enough for them to see you, they've even prescribed over the phone.

but to be honest they cant refuse an appointment for a child, well thats how i understand it.

i have always said braden drinks too much, and he will cry and cry if you refuse him, he cant even be distracted out of wanting a drink, over the past few months he has constantly asked for food, to the point i feel like screaming at him, he has toast, weetabix, rasins and a banan for brekkie sometimes and after all that he will still ask for more.... he spends lot of time laid on sofa which is not normal.... and finally while potty training i have noticed that he is perfect at home but i havent been able to take him out even once with pants on successfully... i took him to town yest, we picked my mum up on way n he was dry when we got him out, took him to nearest toilet, did a massive wee, we had lunch, then i took him to toilet again, once again did a massive wee, we left and went to the shop next door, was about 10 minutes, came out n he was wet, not just a little bit either... these are all signs of diabetes, so i thought its just maybe too much to ignore, we might aswell rule it out x

aye i hope so too laura - i have been worried about the drink thing for well over a year tbh but i thought that alone isnt really enough to warrent a test, its just with all the other symptoms becoming more apparent best get him checked.
Not looking forward to his blood tests though! x
