no they havent gone, well mine anyway.

we had water bill last month, saying we owe £30, fine, no issues, sorted.

we had water bill again today saying we owe £95, wtf, how can this be.

after an hour on the phone. we got told THEY put us on wrong tarriff when we moved in and they changed it to what it should be and now WE have to pay them... for there mistake

not an issue we can pay but i'm really annoyed that we have to pay for their mistake, we have asked for a complete itemised bill of what is owed since moving in, in sept and what we have paid todate, so we know what we paying, the previous tenants didnt pay anything, and i'm just very aware of being screwed over, had an issue with leccy and gas, thank goodness i took meter readings when we moved in.

the stop tap, we've found out there are 2, 1 for upstairs, 1 for downstairs, downstairs is under the drain cover outside front door, i cant put washer on and do anything else, and running a bath and going to the toilet, means bath takes longer to fill lol

i can tell its going to be one of those weekends, my dads best mate died yesterday, he been ill for a while, but still a shock and my dad as taken it really badly, i not told rich yet as he was like a grandad to him, not sure how to tell him, i need to but he doesnt feel emotions like others and it can come across as false, but thats just his way.

on a brighter note, my galaxy easter egg is inthe cupboard waiting for the morning to be eaten

I dont kow tbh - til you see what they've charged the whole time it wont be clear, let us know what they say!

We had a massive leak somewhere, cost £500 EXTRA in the year Shocked My dad repaired it luckily, would have cost a bomb as the whole drive and yard had to be dug up and new pipe laid from the road to the house! Having to claim back the £500 on house insurance now!

it never ends does it, least you can claim that money back, but might mean your premium goes up slightly for following year, so still loose situation, i remember reading about that when you originally posted. glad its all sorted though and its a good job you found out about leak at that stage
