my office is in Newcastle centre next to the Bigg market , tonight i was horrified at a fight between two girls, they were throwing each other into railings. kicking and punching, you could see the pulled out hair lying on the pavement and we're 5 floors up.

afterwards we were discussing what went on and everyone thought it was weird that i've never had a fight in my life, so what about the other Banda girls , are we lovers or fighters?

I think i have had one fight in my life and that was to save my friend.
I'm not that sort of person, having said that if the reason arose i wouldn't back down, but it would have to be one hell of a reason!

I have NEVER had a fight! Some girl started on me before now..but didnt and up scrapping lol

I think the closest to a fight was when I was about 9 and I chased my best friend out of the house cos she went in my bedroom without asking

oh and just a warning...no one better start on me cos Im a white belt in Karate!

iv never had a fight either(except with my sisters when i was younger...oh and i broke a boys nose when i was about 6 cos he pushed me off a chair )
id like to think id stand up for myself if it came to it though...im ashamed to say most of my dad's side of the family are fighters(they dont start fights but seem to attract them and they know how to stand uo for themselves if you know what i mean lol) xx

I am not really a fighter in fact I avoid confrontation where possible, however I have been in a few fights and ended up being charged (and cautioned thank god) with ABH when a girl was up to no good with my boyfriend am more than capable of holding my own in a scrap but don't go looking for trouble and would be so ashamed to be seen fighting in public especially in daylight!! Some girls can be really viscious

oh and my mum and grandma, they seem like the nicest people in the world...but iv heard a lot of fighting stories from them , also seen a couple x

Dan has had 2 fights in the last year ... men are worse I think, but he only does it if people piss him off...and he is quite capable at 6'3" of kicking butts!

The most recent was he was coming back from the pub on his bike and as he went over the bridge by our house 2 'short balding late 30s fatties' as he described them were walking, and one yelled, 'look at that knob' and some other insult... all he was doing was on his bike lol...anyway he crashed his bike on the grass outside the house cos he was so annoyed and went up to these 2 guys and said WTF is your problem?! They both shat their pants and ran off..and as they ran off the one starts gobbing off again!

So Dan (run Forrest run ) over takes them cos they cant run that quick, and yells at them that if they want to say something then to say it to his face ... so the one does and Dan just smacked him and knocked him on the floor .. the other guy runs off again!

I kinda wish I'd seen it cos it would have been funny!

I have never fought in the girly sense of the word. I don't do hair pulling or scratching but I can punch like a bloke and have been known to issue the odd slap across the face in my time.

It was all a long time ago though.

I have broken up more fights than I have been involved in (with the exception of fighting with my sister).

I can top Lisa's white belt I am an orange belt and about to start back at my martial arts I stopped when Wil came along.

Hmmmm, I have been known to get in a scrap with a doorman once and I would rest until I won.

But, that was back in my younger days, before children came along x

Actually i lie, ive just had lots of awful memories flood back...i had a fight with my friend once in town shes is 6'4 and huge too i had acrylic nails to and ouch they are cracked and we had to face each other at work the next day. We made up a few weeks later though
Lukes defo not a fighting man, he is so laid back! In Ayia Napa you can imagine the idiots he had to deal with in the bar and fights he had to break up but never got involved!
The worst fight i saw was squaddies, it was awful, i was covered in blood and was meant to go to court as a witness but refused as thats when i fell pregnant.

i have lots of fight stories from my dad's side of the family and my mum honestley theyre not trouble causers though, they just know how to defend themselves...whereas i will run and hide in a corner x

I am not a fighter and neither are my friends. I did intervene in a fight once when 2 blokes pushed another to the ground and were kicking his face in (literally). One of them then headbutted me and split my lip which was nice gentlemanly behaviour! x

Ive got black belts in karate and kickboxing but mostly the only fights ive gotten in have been with a referee and boxing gloves on. Ive picked a couple ppl up the the neck before and asked them nicely to leave me be though and they have done so but im not sure that counts. Last time being my cousin at my granddads funeral and hes six foot to my 5-3 so im still not entirely sure how i even did it...

yes I have been in fights as a child and young teenager. As a child I started them but as a young teenager I got beat up twice!! Once at school because another girl was jealous that was walking home with her friend (coz we lived near each other) she jumped on me and battered me and I dropped my fishcakes that i'd made in cookery! My mum went mad and we pressed charges and she was cautioned! The other was a girl who said I'd been making prank calls to her house the night before....., (I had hehe).

I would never start a fight ever I think it's really common and immature! But I'll argue and argue with anyone (often making a complete twat of myself)
