took kids to soft play today, it was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves anyhooo took ollie on the humungous slide(which he has been on plenty of times) and he wanted to sit by himself insted of on my knee which he usually does...so that would be ok right??, wrong it turns out the heavier you are the faster you go...so i zoom down at 100mph(lol) and oliver ends up flying through the air behind me...backwards me still holding his arm cos i knew if i let go he would hurt himself did actually panic going down, cos the slide is huge honest, im just so glad noone was there to see cos i bet i looked so irrisponsible evry slide he went down since he didnt want to sit by himself...oops x

Awwww Gemz, it is easily done. Sometimes we think we are doing the best thing but it doesn't always work out that way. I went down aslide with Bethany today and I took a bit of a tumble, Bethany was fine but thought it was hilarious that mummy looked like a right div xx

Ollie went down one by himself (Stu at the top and me at the bottom praying that I caught him ) and he did a couple of 360s on the way down lmao!! His face was priceless though, he had a huge grin no matter which way he was facing

Aw lol poor wee man. I think slide disasters are a rite of passage. Ask gill about will on the fast slide at our soft play meet. On his back backwards and head first. Poor Lil guy. Takes a lot to make his cry but that did it. And i have let c go on a slide and failed to catch her as she flew off a half foot drop at the end clear on her Ass. Mind my best was as an adult deciding i was still young enough to go head first down th water slides and injuring my back. Popular with my boss i was not! Turns out we are not kids anymore lol
