well only cos I know you have used them before!!! I want some spanx to go under my dress for Brum and my main prob areas are bum and thighs bleurgh!!! So which type should I go for? I looked at the size guide and I think they either do 12 to 14 or 16 to 18! Well I would be better with 14 to 16!! Cos I'm bigger on my bottom half. So would I go for the smaller one in the hope that I can squeeze myself in or go for comfort and get the size slightly up??? Owwwwwwwww I need to lose 3 stone in 10 days can I do it?? xxx

I have got some and they are the spanx higher power ones that Lisa and some of the others had mentioned. I got these ones mainly for tummy issues though so there may be better ones for bum issues!!!

I remember not knowing which size to get and i couldnt decide between the 'B' or the ' C' size! I will check which i got when i get home and let you know x

Iv control pants from M&S and I think I bought the size that fitted... obviously lol. Erm what I mean is I wouldnt buy too small incase they are so tight they dig in and you spill out/under them.
