Line the inside of a loaftin with bacon (streaky is best). Then brown mince (any) with onion. Then add garlic, tomatoe purée, english mustard, salt pepper and a beaten egg. Then put in the bacon lined tin, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40 mins. Best leave to stand for 15 mins before serving. You choose how much garlic, purée, mustard you want.
