I cant get my head around the veg and fruit having no points.

so e.g. i can make veg soup with veg stock and it wouldnt count towards my points at all?

its making me paranoid!

Lol I know what you mean, I did weight watchers last year and fruit&veg was pointed then they changed it and it wasn't, I felt like i was cheating.

I remember my leader saying it does mean a standard portion, she said you can't eat like 10bananas, 5tins of chopped toms, a dozen apples and carrots and not expect that to add up.

i think stock has points in now hunny. but yeah thats right fruit and veg are 0 points!! x

LOL. yeh I know. but im not even eating my 5 a day and it still feels like im cheating! ive been having a banana for breakfast and seeing as I dont eat breakfast normally its been really filling. so until my lunch im having no points. its so hard to get my head around. I wasnt going to go to the meetings but I might go for a couple just so I can chat about how it works!

oh I just checked and one stock cube is 1 point. I thought I seen earlier that it was 0

I enjoyed the meetings and it kept me a lot more focused on the diet, i attempted to do it alone at home while pregnant (you cant go being pregnant) but i completely failed. i deff need meetings.
