I am on my knees, I first thought it was a growth spurt but this has been going on now for 3 or 4 weeks and I dont know how much more I can take?? Sad

shes back waking every 2-3 hours in the night driving me mad then up 6am if not earlier!!! and some times waking Lillie, so soon as shes gone Hollies awake again. Sad Im having 3 hours broken sleep a night, then during the day she doesnt sleep either only cat naps so I never get chance to catch up.

She wakes crying, and she'l take a few oz then goes back off. Iv tried leaving her but she just screams, Iv tried changing her but that wakes her up even more. Iv tried giving her more food at dinner time and pudding, bottle then a rusk before bed in the hope will make her go longer... NOPE
Iv made the room dark, buut dont think thats why as its quite light in there when she goes down and goes down during the day. I can put her down at night no probs, she can still be awake and she'l send herself off.

The only thing I can think, is that Iv started using cows milk to mix her food... would this be it??? I cant think of anything else?? Im going to try and cut it out now today and see if makes a difference. But when she wakes she's hungry so it seems, or is it shes now in a habbit of waking or stiring and shes having few oz of a bottle to go back off?? she'l have a 9oz bottle over night!! she would have more I think if I let her.

any ideas??? thanks ladies I will try ANYTHING Im sooo desperate, its effecting everything even things between me and OH Sad xxxx

Oh god! sounds awful!

Is she getting enough milk throughout the day? ]If she is she can't really be hungry can she? Maybe youre right and the cows milk is not agreeing with her?

Have you tried CC, I know some people are against this but Im all for it as it worked for me.

Hope things improve soon

Well hard to tell if cutting cows milk helped or not, she did only wake 3 times so improvement. But OH was out on the p*** astnight so when he came in he woke her and his darned snoring didn't help. Shred has got a tooth sitting under her gums but doesn't seem to bother her during the dy, may be it is. Cant use cc as we live with OH uncle so hard, I used it with lillie to get her to bed when she about 1 worked a treat (more than I can say now!!! Grr) ahhh I dunno not given her cows milk again so we will see how it goes tonight. X

Have you tried a dream feed at 10.30hrs? I did this with L till he was nearly 8months. Maybe it is habit as well knowing she will get milk when she wakes. Maybe just try the one bottle before you go to bed. Is she moving around the cot yet. I found when L started this he woke more during the night as he would get stuck. X

I did think to dream feed her just before I go.. I might try that, but worried she'l wake and not go back off Rolling Eyes but I'l give anythikng a go at the moment.

Last night again after not usin cows milk to mix feed she only woke twice again, so may be it may have something to do with it. argh why dont they come with an instruction manual?!?! haha xx
