We get our gas and electric through then, usually in credit when we get our bill (pay monthly) unless just after the winter months. We got a bill in Feb (est readings) for the both and it said we were £165 in debit, we left it at that because we knew it should catch up in the summer months.

Got a phonecall at half 7 from Simon because we'd had a letter from them warning us that we will be receiving a large bill. He told me to ring them straight away to sort it, so I rang them with the new reading but apparantly the estimated one in February was low so there is now an outstanding balance of £385 and thats just for gas!!! While I was on the phone Dexter started screaming and Libby was shouting so she said she'd ring later to discuss in detail.

Just rang Simon to tell him and he starts having a go at me saying they are ripping us off and I should of sorted it out with them - easy for him to say when hes at work

So this is a rant about E-On and my husband on a Monday morning - lovely xx

Wow, that is a huge deficit. Surely they shouldn't be getting it that wrong. Sorry DH is being a prat, on top of all that. Hopefully there is an error. I don't know how their estimates can be so wrong!!

Ahh no hun! Hope you get E-on and Simon sorted out. My friends husband used to work for them doing door to door sales, but he left as they had put there prices up making it almost impossible for him to convince anyone to switch to them xx

We have just moved from them, they one of most expensive now, sending a cuppa, russ does this to me all the time, very annoying

Thanks ladies, I think we probs should look into switching - we've been with them for about 9 years now and never had a problem with them, until now.

As for Simon, well he can deal with them when he gets home!!!
