| Alyssa only seems to have a dirty nappy once a day and today up until now she hasn't had one yet....how often does your formula fed baby dirty there nappy?? Do you think she could be a little bit constipated?? She's on SMA Gold at the minute and there seems to be alot of things on the internet that say its makes a lot of babies constipated. |

| i'm not sure about the brand/formula but elijah has had times when he has been constipated and it didn't seem to bother him til day 3 or 4 (it has been 7, 8 even 9 days before now and h.v/gp said they won't intervene until it's been over 2 weeks!!!! wtf?! ) i do think that eli's was worse when he was combination fed for a couple of months (4 weeks onward i think). he had aptamil ready made at first, then hipp organic ready made which was much better - it might just be a case of waiting it out and maybe trying a different formula for a week if you are still unsure |

| I wouldn't worry just yet hun, formula fed babies can go days without poohing, I used to worry if Tyler hadn't gone every day but they're not classed as constipated. I used to wait 36-48 hours and then panic lol but it was normally ok. They do SMA gold can be bad for constipation and that cow and gate or aptamil are meant to be good.. or you can try the comfort milks which are meant to help however Im sure all is fine x |

| just get in the bath with her, change her into some white clothing, or leave her with no nappy on for a minute or two |

| Lily is a one a dayer. She has missed the odd day but it doesn't happen often.
She was a miserable little bugger on sma so I put her on aptimil at 8 weeks and she changed over night x |
