I think the not knowing is worse than actually knowing either way, iykiwm? I dont fancy sitting here for weeks on end not knowing if I have lost the baby, especially as we have got Aimee's operation coming up in June too. x

Awww hun, fingers and toes crossed that everything is ok. When Steph (H&Js Mummy) bled when she was pg, she was told that sometimes when your womb returns to it's normal size after having a baby it's like a deflated balloon and blood can sometimes settle in the creases and it comes out as your womb expands causing a bleed. Hopefully it's something like this xx

Can you not ring the epu to see if you could see them? I think that's terrible of your doctor espec considering some women have early complications. Fingers crossed it's all ok as it is quite common x

| I have called EPU and they said that the doctor needs to refer me.
Im going to tell her tomorrow that I want to be referred. I dont want to find out at 12 weeks that I have had a missed m/c, as 12 weeks is the same time that I am supposed to be with Aimee in Southampton for her operation, so its not ideal.
x

The bleeding seems to have stopped at the moment and its just a bit brown. Although I have barely moved from the sofa since I found it. My lower back aches, but tbh, it has done for the last couple of weeks, so could be nothing. If the doctor wont refer me for a scan we are going to pay for a private one either this Saturday or next Saturday. x

Please try not to worry hun, the good thing is that the bleeding has stopped and its brown now. I had this with both pregnancies, I was 9 weeks with Libby and had a big gush of blood, rushed to A&E where I got checked etc but I thought the worst - obviously all was fine. Also happed when I was 8 weeks with Dexter, the exact same thing so left it and all was fine. Oh and I had fairly painful backache for the first few months too. Its best to get checked out and I really hope everything is OK xxxx

aw hun, fingers and toes crossed its nothing!! BUT if you have a feeling hun fight for it!! my SIL bled at 9 weeks I kept tellin her will be fine as wasnt much, and I bled with Lillie. MWs kept telling her nothing they can do and wouldnt scan her.. bla bla bla she waited till 13 weeks and was killing her (sooo far behind on 12 week scans!! was with Hollie) she thought stuff this and went priavate and found she had lost the baby at 9 weeks had carried it for 4 weeks. so I know I would never be able to sit still I would be marching down there, and say bleedings heavier than it is push for a scan just to put your mind at rest. Have everything crossed for you lovely!!!! xxxx
