Just wondered how Elijah was sleeping after his good night on saturday. Did it continue? We've had two awful nights with Jamie (I've had 2 hours in two nights) so was hoping you'd cracked it to give me some hope for the future

heya, i have been putting off replying in the hope of giving you a cheerful answer!

had a bit of a nightmare couple of nights, its taken me 3 solid hours of picking him up putting him back to sleep and trying to put him down tonight, so i am frazzled!!! i would recommend the no cry sleep solution by Elizabeth pantley, its a pretty good but with some helpful advice. tracey hoggs sleep book is quite good too - above all i would say if you can try and get him into a good nap/nighttime routine schedule if at all possible, i wish we had managed earlier, but i really honestly think he is just not a great sleeper!

at least i no longer have to feed him to sleep - although when things get really bad (at least once a night) i do end up feeding him, often i fall asleep holding him and wake up miserable and sore, but a few hours are worth it sorry

Oh well. Was hoping things had got better for you. Poor you. I think Jamie's just going to be a bad sleeper but to be fair so am I. Hope Elijah gets better soon. You deserve a break after almost a year of it
