| its awful im having incredible flatulence problems!! i feel so windy all the time and feeling really bloated today. i am eating loads of fruit - at least my 5 a day with fruit and veg. is this common for people who normally diet?? x |

| i think it's common for people who eat loads of fruit and veg - maybe you are eating extra windy ones like cauliflower and brocolli??? are you eating things like nuts and lentils too? could be that. deflatine is really useful... on the bright side you might be pumping some weight out |

| YES!!! im not normally windy at all but have been. I guess its been better the past few days. im in week 4 now. so wll get better x |

| well im in week 3 so hopefull my body will calm down soon. i havent really been eating cauli and broccoli. ive been eatening lots of berries, oranges, apples, bananas. ive been having lots of fibre too which is not like me which means ive been going to the toilet quite a bit too (tmi) x |

| might be the fibre! sultana bran is amazing but i think if you aren't used to it it can make you a bit umm 'overactive' |

| it's the change in more fruit/veg/fibre. I had it when i went on a diet. and I always 'notice' when i've had a lot more fruit/veg/fibre in a day. |

| I was the same in the first month or so hun - it does settle down (well it has for me). Tbh I have hardly any now and I feel great - if I have a bad day/weekend though I bloat up like mad. It's a bit like a detox on SW because it's very hight fibre - low fat - low bread etc - just takes your body a while to adjust. SW really is a s**t yourself thin diet!!! xx |
