Just come home from Asda to find a bottle of detergent has leaked all over my boot, shopping and pram. There is a big split in the bottle. So rang the store and basically told me because I had discovered it at home and not instore I've done it. No sorry we will replace it and the other shopping etc, not even a benefit of the doubt, basically saying it's my fault. I was fuming so rang Asda customer services who were more helpful. Have to send bottle back with list of damaged goods etc. I told them they should give some customer services advice to store because I never got any. Am sooooo annoyed.

asda are crap for things like that

they ttireed charging me for a home order which i cancled as they couldnt get it here on time.. i had to ring up 4 times in the end

I hope they give you a full refund when you send in your list.

My oh said it hS been cut with a knife prob when they were unpacking it. It's not leKed until it had some pressure on it ie when I packed the bag. I have just written a letter of complaint and spend about 2hrs sorting out the mess x

ahh how annoying, i had a similar thing happoen last year, the till woman put new clothes for oliver in with the rest of the shopping and some milton steralising fluid leaked out and blkeached the clothes cant actually remember what i did about it in the end!!
