Title says it all lol. I feel so full & uncomfortable. I know I should prob have had 2 weetabix before coming to bed but I honestly dont think there is any room in my abdomen! I dont feel that queasy pg sickness wise, just that my stomach is so full/sore I could just go puke Stuart is sleeping on the sofa (again) tonight, and thank god because it smells like someone has died in here! I wish i had a dog to blame it on Seriously any advice? Im gona try and drink more water tomorrow instead ok coke. Will somehow eat weetabix for breaky and beans and toast for lunch. What gives you the runs? A big feed of drink used to do the trick for me, but clearly that options out! Its prob been about 4 days since I went but dont think iv been fully clearing myself if you get me. Sorry for making you all ill!!!

drink lots of water. Fruit or orange juice is good too. Coffee in the morning always makes me go too and for some reason mints seem to have a laxative effect on me. Try and up your fibre intake and drink plenty of water to keep you regular x

Aww, bless ya..this made me chuckle, I remember this symptom well I used to drink loads of pure orange, up'ed my fruit and veg intake - grapes and prunes work well. Also, when you go for a poop, try raising you feet on a little step stool whilst sat on the loo, apparently the position helps you pass it easier (just a little tip from all those years working with the 'olde dears!'
