Kids Clothes..which one? _
PostSubject: Kids Clothes..which one?   Kids Clothes..which one? EmptySat Jun 04, 2011 9:35 am

I need to pop and get Izzy some new things, vests, socks, trousers - just normal day to say stuff so only want to pay supermarket prices.

I usually go to Sainsburys as there is one in town, and I like the stuff there, or sometime Asda Living, also think they are pretty good.

Just wondering what the most popular supermarket is for kids clothes?
Ive put Morrisions although I have no idea if they even do clothes?!

Its a tough one! Asda I love, I think they are the cutest/most fashionable so I voted for them. Closest one is 10-15 mile away but so rarely go.

Tesco are prob the cheapest, but I dont think they wash great. Well, shorts/leggings are fine, but I found the t-shirts shrank a bit. Great for messy play/the garden I suppose.

Sainsburys I would say are the best quality but slightly dearer than Tesco/Asda.

Dont have Morrisons in NI.

Asda, great value and good quality and style too.

Primark is good, for 'dossing' clothes...or ebay Very Happy

Out of supermarkets I'd say asda is pretty good. But for quality I prefer m&s and next (although they're a bit more pricey) xx

I've only had a couple of things from Asda so couldn't really comment. I've had more from sainsbury's and tbh most things have been similar to Next in terms of quality. Not much cheaper though!

Mine are Asda kids. They seem to getit right for quality and value. Cherokee is pretty much primark in a supermarket. Ok for stuff you dont mind getting mashed up when they are playing its pretty cheap but not the best quality - i use both for play clothes from time to time but not too often tbh as they both seem to have a tendency towards sequinny type stuff that i cant stand. Asda however is relatively inexpensive but their clothes really last and look great. I love Tu clothes too but like someones said the pricing is close to Next so i tend to save Tu and next for really nice stuff. That said if theres a sale on i tend to pick a fair few bits up
