| I have read online that sometimes dehydration can cause spotting and bleeding in the first trimester. I will be the first to admit that in this pregnancy I hardly drink any fluids . I just cant really stomach them. When I was at work with Aimee and Lily, we had a water cooler and I drank all the time. So... im going to start drinking loads and see what happens with my spotting/bleeding. It will be interesting to see if it could possibly be a factor for spotting in early pregnancy in some cases. I will keep you posted. x

| It would be interesting to see. Certainly wasn't that for me though because I drink loads of water at work and drank even more in lessons when pregnant because it kept the sickness at bay long enough to teach |

| I've never heard that. Interesting. I never used to drink much, and I had spotting with Imogen but I drink loads now and no spotting with this pregnancy. Maybe it's right. |

| Well, as of last Thursday I started drinking 2 litres of fluid a day and I havent had a spot of brown or red blood since. I dug deep on Google and it seems that there can be a link. So, maybe there is something in it? x |

| That would be pretty cool if it was something as simple as that. Iv never heard of that before.
How are you feeling in general? Hope your sickness isnt too bad (though in ways its probably reassuring) When is your next scan? x |

| Things are going well. I am feeling sick (blurgh), but with the girls it didnt last long so hopefully it wont go on for much longer. My next scan will be the 12 week one. No date yet as I dont see the midwife until Monday, but I think it will be first week of July. x |
