I see We have the Tommiee Tippee Sensor monitor and love it. We still use it now as our house is quite big and wouldn't hear him if I were in the kitchen. Its was brill as a sensor monitor too, and used that until he was in his big bed http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tommee-Tippee-Sensor-Mat-Monitor/dp/B001CM1XWO

We have the BT one which is fab and can't think of any faults. We also have the Summer video monitor which is bloody fantastic and I cant imagine how we would have ever survived without it.

Ive got the BT one and it likes to just randomly disconnect without warning (its like its muted itself) so Tyler can be screaming and no sound comes through even though it says its linked! I'll be getting a new (different) make for new baby.

I have loud kids, no need for a monitor, lol! But, we do have the Fisher Price Lights and Sounds one. Its only basic, but I can hear every noise they make anyway so its only as a back up. x

we have the same as zee, the tommee tippee one, never used the sensor mat but if you would its probably a good idea!!! (if your baby refuses to sleep in a cot though its a waste of pennies). as a monitor its pretty good though, but in some rooms its quite randomly quiet was always fine in our old flat though

I had the angelsounds one for Thomas - never used the sensor mat (didn't feel the need to tbh) but the monitor was great - no background noise and very sensitive - never had a problem with it. I had the tommee tippee one for Hannah - again didn't use the mat but I didn't really like this monitor compared to the Angelsounds one. Too much background noise and awful interference if I put my phone on charge at night in the same room or had the laptop plugged in anywhere near it of an evening - got right on my nerves. I don't use one now as like Laura's - my kids are LOUD!! xx
