| and if i lose 1kg more ill be healthy on the bmi chart lol!!! this time last year i was 74kg and with no dieting or anything its slowly been coming down and today im 64kg  dunn where its going though cos i dont look any thinner...but 2kg of that has come off in the past 2 weeks!!whoop!! x |

| Well done!!
I weighed myself last night and again this morning and i've lost 1kg LOL no doubt it's normal for that though. it will prob be back on tonight |
