anyone used them??
i got 30 the other day but was a little weary of them as my mum said they keep you awake at night and made her anxious becaus eshe had so much energy. i took 2 yestoday and did have a sleepless night even though i was exhausted and felt 'weird'(cab quite explain it) but not sure if its cos im under the weather anyway....so anyone else used them and do they work??? x

errr chocolate banana's is where you cut the banana in half, put a chopped up mars bar in the middle, wrap it in foil and bake it for ten minutes no????!!

i googled it - most of those things have sh*tloads of caffeine in them and other herbal things to boost your metabolism plus green tea to help get rid of water - i used to take similar things loads and NEVER slept but did get very anxious and umm twitchy!!

Im confused im thinking of the foam banana sweets covered in chocolate.

In the 60's Drs used to prescribe slimming pills with speed in them, maybe you've got a good batch of something

haha well...kind of.

they worked as an appetite suppressant and helped with energy, you also lose water weight as they make you pee - but be warned, they do your tummy in after a while (im sure this is why i still get awful tummy aches for no other reason) and the caffeine really arses up your sleep/energy levels, it also makes you feel really poorly when you stop taking them and if you take loads you feel really spaced out and anxious..not that pleasant!!!

i would say they are probably fine in reasonable quantities, and you no longer get ephedrine in them so you are less likely to drop of a heart attack!! probably not the healthiest trick in the book as you need to use up all the energy yet don't want to eat (ideal for weighloss, bad for life in general ) so yeah, just be careful

hmmmmmm ok really need to consider the pro's and con's then!! it does say on the pak to have a couple of days break(presume its so you dont get addicted??) will have to think about this one...thanx x
