Ollie has not been himself for 3/4 weeks now. He is waking in the night every night which is very unusual as he normally sleeps straight through. When he's up in the night he is passing wind like there's no tomorrow and sometimes in the day he starts crying for no reason and seems to be trying to double up in pain. Tonight he has only gone to sleep because I was massaging his tummy.
Something inside me is shouting 'tummy problem!!' but I don't understand what it could be to have lasted so long other than something that he's having every day disagreeing with him ie milk. He has been filling his nappy approx 3 times a day when he's normally a one a day dude. Any clue what he could be??

No idea hunny but does sound like a tummy problem. I think the bet idea is deffo take him to the doctors - he obv seems in pain. I hope u get him sorted soon xx

It certainly could be a milk intollerance hun. I took Amelia to the GP a few weeks ago and she said it's quite common for them to develope one around this age. Maybe try cutting it all out for a couple of weeks and see if there's any improvement. That was what they suggested to me but I'd deffo pop him to the docs too. Has he got more molar's coming through too? x

Do I need to cut out all dairy products? How do I give him calcium etc?
I'm not sure about his teeth cos the little sod won't let me have a look lol!

Iv nothing much to add

Caitlins a bit different as she has the allergy, treatment similar but. Im not sure about symptoms of the intolerance but it does sound like cutting out milk products for a bit to test the theory is a good idea. x
