| I have been taking 40mg of propranolol for 28 days now and in the bigger picture feel so much better! Ikea, asda and the Dartford tunnel and a few odd things make me wobble but that's my lack of control thingy coming in. My question for anxiety sufferers past and present - am I safe to exercise daily? Seems stoopid q but the meds play with your heart and I don't wanna exercise and cause any probs I am back at the gps on Monday but decided I've put on far too much weight and have enthusiasm but this is holding me back. I have completed and been accepted for cbt and am on a waiting list. Oh and Claire did you go - please do |

| Thanks Michelle, as Claire knows it is horrid.. It eats into my life - or was. Don't get me wrong there are times like Ikea I felt really unwell, Hayden was showing off, James had a cob on cos he wanted to mosey round.. As soon as I saw the exit I was fine I know its in my head but its hard to fight. I have been taking meds for almost a month and 90% of the time feel fine, still slightly wobbly, if alone or if I think about it. Please go Claire, I know I keep on but it has totally made me feel so much better I can walk round a small supermarket, wait at school for the boys without stressing. Now I'm back in the docs in the morning, I remember last time sitting wobbling my knee to keep my circulation going, my head pounding panicking how many people were ahead of me.. I'll see how I am sitting in their tomorrow morning. I'm not stressed tonight, whereby last time I was crapping it by now.... |
