When did ur lo start having cows milk Sophia has it on brekies n has yogs n stuff but she only has 1 bottle a day and thats at bedtime so I was just wondering would it b ok to give her cows milk b4 bed now or should she still be having the formula till she is 1

Should be formula till age 1, and no cows milk appart from in cooking, as there are proteins in the milk that babies find hard to digest,

cows milk is fine in cereals etc from 6 months!!
i took braden off formula and on to cows milk when he was around 10/11 months cos i was happy with his diet and he refused formula, and will prob do the same with dita cos she is just the same

we took lily-ann onto cows milk about 11months...they should only have it in cereal, cooking etc until a year

My lo was 11 months. She started to refuse formula so the hv recommended the switch.

You shoud really carry on with formula till she's one
