Af arrived today and OMG it seriously feels like labour pain, my back is aching soooo bad and feels like I'm contracting every few mins! It's bloody horrible! Since having the boys my period pain has gotten worse! I use to be fine!

Aww huni. Get someone to go and get you the strongest Ibuprofen they can find. It's great for AF pains as it's an anti-inflamatory and will calm heavy AF too x

aww hun, feeling for you as i've woke up to af, although i've lost all my pre af symptoms, was a bit of a shock this morning have to say, and yep pain is on way, oh joy
