| Cerys's has started to kick and hit out when she doesn't want to do something. I know it's just frustration because she can't tell me that's she's unhappy about something. Usually I ignore or walk away from her. Twice today she has hit out at me because she didnt want to finish her dinner and she then didnt want to get out of the bath. Well on both occasions I gave her a tap on the hand which made her cry I'm always researching about toddlers etc and of course most advice says either to ignore it or tell that it hurts to kick and its wrong. Well deep down that's the way I think it should be done. I just feel awful that I made her cry when she was only expressing herself in the only way she knew how |
