I could get about £28 per week help towards this through 'extra tax credits from childcare'

Am I better doing the voucher thing through work......I do not understand, ive phoned payroll and they were completely useless!!!!!!

Ummmmm it depends on your income - the only thing to do is call tax credits and ask if they will tell you how much OR try the online calculator?

IIRC I saved about £10 a week through the work vouchers, and Izzy was one full day costing about the same as Isla going 2 mornings - but we weren't entitled to any via tax credits, so a good job work did it really

Tax credits wont tell you which is the better option though, you have to work it out yourself!

My burser told me you'd save about £900 a year although the poster says over £1000. We don't qualify for tax credits though so no idea which is better

If tax credits will give you 28 im sure thats better than the voucher. All you would save on the voucher system is tax which is not gonna be 2/3rds of it

I think Mario is right... so I think the tax credits is the better option.
