Hi Ladies,

Well this heat is amazing isnt it lol, already been swimming this morning just finishing off cleaning the house.

My Plan was for me and noah to go for a carvery for dinner, but my god its far to hot for a sunday roast hahah.

So ladies can you give me some ideas on what to have as in a summer time dinner lol, what are you having?

Thanks Char

You could have a BBQ or
A picnic
Or grill some meat and stuff it in pittas with loads of salad.

Haha when ever the sun came out when we were little you could guarantee that my mum would do a ham salad.

I think we're going to have chilli con carne in wraps with bit of veg in them too and cheese.

I was planning on a cassarole but it's way too hot.

i am actually having roast beef haha because i need to use it today or freeze it and if i freeze it i never remember to defrost it (hmm long explanation!!!)

i would rather actually just have a stir-fry, got some really lovely chow mein cooking sauce from m+s the other day so that with a big pile of veg and egg noodles........alas it will need to wait til tomorrow!

or if you don't fancy that how about doing some fajitas and giving noah the seperate ingredients so you can both practice putting cheese, salad, meat and stuff in a tortilla and rolling it up Smile

We will be having pork kebabs (£2 a pound of diced pork from the market made up with a red onion and a pepper) with steamfresh microwave rice (nicer than it sounds) and red onion marmalade. Yummy and healthy and under 500 calories!
