I just got the package delivered


Even though my refund has been processed!

So they have redunded the cost of the parcel....but delivered it anyway???

Yeh they £52 refund has been processed and the courier wasn't sposed to deliver it!


I don't care if they cancel the refund cos I wanted the toys anyway - but I have a feeling they won't even realise!

I would have actually missed the delivery like I predicted, as needed to go to post office, but my mum came to get Izzy and said she'd take my parcels - so I was at home working luckily!!

aw, my parcel from the gro company is lost, it was just some sale stuff but they have refunded the stuff thats out of stock, sent a replacement of the gro-blind and told me to keep the parcel if it ever turns up huzzah! now you should pass that on as an example of good customer service!
