We off to vets with kc in the morning, she a about the size of 5p lump under her arm pit, when you touch it feels semi hard but fluidy.

I'm worrying, she's also got a rash on her back and she keeps licking it which is making it sore.

So decided we off to vets with her, I'm worrying sick

Anyone got any ideas, but of course I know there will be tests, thank goodness she's insured

theres a big chance the lump is a lipoma - just fatty cells. they might do a fine needle aspirate of it if uncertain and will look under the microscope and tell you that day. any doubt and they will probs have her in to get it off. FNA's can be done while shes awake and its just a needle into the lump to extract some of whats in there. she will barely feel it, just like getting an injection really.

as for the skin she will probably be treated with some sort of spot on incase of allergies and maybe some antibiotics. they might go ahead and do tests but I know we would treat with antibiotics first to save extensive tests for no reason.

she will be fine chick

its maybe something environmental then. if your packing and unpacking things then it might be dust?

but I wouldnt worry about the lump at all. if it feels fluidy its probably not going to be anything to worry bout

my baby has a little scabby neck just now and I just put a spot on incase he was allergic to any parasites and gave him an antibiotic injection and it was cleared in days
