PostSubject: In pain and worried   In pain and worried EmptyThu Oct 13, 2011 4:07 am

Since yesterday I've been having cramps in my tummy and into my groin, and on the left side of my back. It's there all the time and have had an upset tummy today too. I've not had any bleeding so that's good, but I'm quite worried now. I know there's not a lot of point going to docs as epu won't scan until 7 weeks, have just got a bad feeling about this now and am very worried it's going to end badly Crying or Very sad

Aww hun, try not to worry too much (I know that's near on impossible) but if it's any consolation I had a lot of cramps and aches and shooting pains into my groin and thigh in the early stages with Hannah. Don't ever remember it with Thomas weirdly so could possibly be a 2nd pg thing?

Try to stay positive hun, lots of (((((((hugs)))))))) and everything crossed it turns out to be 'normal' In pain and worried 466645

please try not to worry! it's really common i remember being convinced things were going badly for about 5 out of 12 weeks because i got lots of period like pains in my abdomen/back/thighs, its most likely that it is just things moving and growing Smile

I had that (and bleeding) and when I was scanned at 6 weeks they told me it was probably everything stretching.

Sounds similar to. The pain I had when I fell pg with H. The pains for my MC were different though it did make worry.

It lasted about a week with H then went. But it was back again 4 weeks later so I think it was things stretching.

You feel a hell of alot more of everything that goes on with your body with the second pregnancy. Try some paracetamol and a warm bath and try and relax it should help.

No bleeding is a good sign so take note in that

Aw hun, I had horrendous cramping with Dexter - so much so I was doubled up in pain and I also had bleeding (not very heavy though).

I know its hard not to but try not to worry. Huge hugs xxx

Aww i'm sorry you've got pain. I hope it's gone away now. I had awful pain with Imogen, it was actually how I found out I was pregnant as I went to the dr cause I was doubling over in pain for a few days and she told me to go home and take a preg test. Apparently the pain is the stretching of your muscles getting ready for baby.
