hey ladies Smile
well basically benjamin has always been quite a heavy lil dude...he was always on the 91st centile for pretty much everything..well on wednesday he got weighed and he was only 14lbs 3oz...which means hes dropped from the 91st down to the 75th down to the 70th...obviously this still means hes bigger than 30 other babies his age out of 100...but i cant help but worry that he sint getting enough..whihc is daft coz all he does is drink milky lol
gosh i bet i sound like such a worryhead mummy lol
also his head was on the 99.6th centile @ 8 weeks..and the lady said that aslong as his other measurements stay on their lines and dont drop too much he wont need further examinations (because of the size of his noggin lol)
hes still incredibly long though..so maybe he just grows long ways more than he does chubba ways lol Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
silly post really!! no need to reply lol

howdy! if your health visitor/public health nurse isnt worried i wouldnt worry too much (easy to say har har) - he might just be between growth spurts - you might find he puts on heaps in a couple of weeks then evens out a bit; eli has jumped from 9th to 25th to 50th centile with his weight but was always on 25-50th for his head and length - i think because they are always changing and growing they only line up now and then because something is always changing Smile

ava's varied between 9th and 25th centile so don't worry too much, she also has a huge head but is growing into it now!

Has he actually lost weight? Its quite normal for them to drop between centiles. My LO was always on quite a high one from being born he just shot up the centiles, but from 12-16wks he gradually dropped/evened out, but it was nothing to worry about its just the weight gain slows down. As long as he's not actually loosing weight then he will be fine Wink
