OH finally got a job!! After 6 months of being my house husband, he's now working mon-fri, 9-5, which is fantastic as we were just about to run out of savings! He has a bit of a commute so gets up at 5:45, leaves at 6:30 and gets home about 7pm. Kids wake up when he does, so not only have I been getting used to having the two of them on my own, I'm also trying to do it on just a few hours sleep

I've really enjoyed having my own routines with them, although Milo has realised that I can't move when I'm bfing Noah, so runs around creating havoc! Also, getting around with them is a challenge! Took them out today with Milo in the buggy and Noah in my sling, walking wasn't too bad, but couldn't get Milo back into the buggy, he threw a tantrum and I couldn't fling him in like normal as I had Noah strapped to my front! The whole day had been non stop, but both kids were in bed by 8:30 which is some kind of miracle

Pointless post, but I am shattered and slightly proud of myself that we're all still in one piece! OH is doing pretty well at work, it's all a bit scary now as he has to learn everything in English and sometimes can't catch everything, poor thing. But yay him for getting the job. Now I need to do this

I bet he will calm down a LOT now he is doing the fatherly thing of earning money

Japanese speaking customer service, but he has to use English in the office so that bit's harder for him. I'm sure he'll feel better now he's working, also sure the time apart will help, as it is tricky being together 24/7.
