| Ha ha. I'm worried about that when we pull all the stuff out to turn the flat into a two bed after Christmas. I'm going to make Adam move everything in case monster spiders run out.
Good luck |

| hahaha i did it (wearing marigolds) and there was nothing but a bit of mold in there yeah as a connoisseur of mold you have to use bleach/water solution and repaint, preferably with mold-proof (expensive!) paint.....ugh |

| Ick! We get mould in this house and my mum is always on at us to move because of it. Theres a patch on our bedroom ceiling in corner that needs scrubbed with bleach twice yearly and the window sills need cleaned with detol mildew remover every other month. Its ick ick ick! I think its to do with it being a bungalow that doesnt hold heat well and is prone to damp in extension. I used to feel dirty having it but have learned to deal with the odd wee patch. I saw a documentary once of poor kids living in high rise flats in Scotland and the damp/mould was awful. Couldnt blame the parents, the flats were literally shit and not ventilated well. One poor child talked about how her baby sister always smelt damp when she picked her up because of her clothes. |
